Apart from my program for new engineering managers, I also coach a variety of other concerns of employees and executives working in the software industry and elsewhere. But what is business and executive coaching exactly?

What is it?

Business Coaching is aimed at companies that want to provide their employees and executives with a sparring partner in order to jointly develop custom-made solutions for their very individual and highly demanding professional challenges in everyday work. Business coaching for managers is also often referred to as leadership or executive coaching (see further below).

When does business coaching make sense?

Leadership and executive coaching

Leadership or executive coaching is coaching specifically geared to leadership topics for executives who need to find their way quickly and effectively in their new or current job in order to be able to fulfill corresponding role requirements and expectations in the best possible way. In the coaching we will do a multi-perspective analysis of your leadership and team situation so that you can find more clarity and orientation and navigate better.

With my background as Engineering Manager and Team Lead, I am able to empathize with the highly complex challenges of a manager's daily work. I am happy to accompany you or your managers as a sparring partner when it comes to developing custom-made solutions for individual leadership and team situations.

How does executive coaching work?

At the beginning of each coaching session, you define and decide what is currently most on your mind and where exactly you need support. To help you quickly I have leadership-specific methods and interventions available in addition to my general coaching repertoire.
