How many coaching sessions will my concern require?
Usually a successful coaching process takes about 3 - 6 sessions, depending on the depth of your issue. You will receive an individual assessment of the scope of a coaching based on your concern after clarifying your goals in the course of our introductory meeting. In general: You decide after each session if you want to continue the coaching.
